Clinical Application Protocol

Tooth Preparation & Cleaning: Clean tooth surfaces with pumice and water to remove debris. Select the target shade using a VITAPAN classical guide prior to tooth isolation.

Isolation & Pulp Protection: Isolate using a rubber dam. For deep cavity preps, cover the bottom with a layer of calcium hydroxide paste to protect the pulp.

Etching & Bonding: Etch using total-etch gel (e.g., Atmbio GK Etchant Gel) and apply a compatible dental bonding agent (e.g., Atmbio B-10 total-etch or B-20 self-adhesive bonding agent).

Placement: Apply Nanofil Flowable resin directly and evenly onto the etched cavity or target surface. Avoid using metal instruments during dispensing.

Light Curing: Expose each layer to a curing light (400 - 1000 mW/cm²) for at least 20 seconds for light shades (A1, A2, A3).

Finishing & Polishing: Contour surfaces using fine finishing diamonds or burs. Check occlusal contacts and polish using fine polishing points, rubber wheels, or polishing paste.

Safety Precautions & Contraindications

Contraindications: Do not use in patients with known hypersensitivity to acrylic monomers.

Chemical Compatibility: Do not store near eugenol-containing products, as eugenol inhibits complete polymerization/curing.

Eye & Skin Safety: Avoid direct contact with eyes, skin, and soft tissue. Wear protective gloves and safety glasses during application. If contact occurs, wash immediately with soap and water.
