Step-by-Step Clinical Application Protocol

Shade Selection & Isolation: Select shade (A1, A2, or A3) prior to tooth isolation using standard shade criteria. Isolate the tooth using a rubber dam or cotton rolls.

Cavity Preparation & Bonding: Prepare the cavity. Etch enamel/dentin and apply your preferred bonding adhesive according to the adhesive manufacturer's instructions.

Capsule Dispensing: Load the Nanofil Z250 Safetip into a standard composite capsule dispenser gun. Dispense directly into the prepared cavity in increments (up to 2.0 - 3.0 mm).

Sculpting & Curing: Sculpt the anatomical contours using non-stick instruments. Light-cure each increment for 40 seconds using a standard curing light (≥ 400mW/cm²).

Finishing & Polishing: Adjust occlusion and polish using a composite finishing and polishing system to achieve a natural, high-gloss surface.
