Achieve exceptional aesthetics and long-lasting durability in both anterior and posterior restorations with AT&M Nanofil Dental Filling Resin. Formulated as a visible-light-activated, radiopaque restorative composite, Nanofil combines Bis-GMA and TEGDMA resins with barium glass filler to deliver superior polishability, high mechanical strength, and seamless color matching. Available in a convenient 4.5g syringe format in core clinical shades A1, A2, A3, and A3.5, it provides clinicians with an optimal handling experience for everyday direct and indirect restorations.

Key Features & Highlights

Universal Restorative Versatility: Engineered for both anterior and posterior restorations, including direct cavity classes (Class III, IV, V) and indirect veneer/inlay applications.

Radiopaque & Light-Cured: Fully radiopaque under X-ray examination and fast-cured via standard halogen or LED curing units.

Advanced Resin Matrix: Blended with Bis-GMA and TEGDMA resins reinforced with barium glass for optimal wear resistance and marginal integrity.

Smooth Handling & Non-Sticky Consistency: Dispenses smoothly from the syringe and adapts effortlessly to cavity preparations without slumping.

Excellent Polishability: Finishes to a high-gloss, natural tooth-like sheen that matches surrounding dentition for superior aesthetic results.

Indications for Use

Anterior Restorations: Direct fillings for Class III, IV, and V cavities where high aesthetics are paramount.

Posterior Restorations: Direct fillings for posterior load-bearing cavities with proper cavity design.

Indirect Restorations: Fabrication of indirect veneers, inlays, and onlays.

Cure Time & Thickness (Shades A1, A2, A3, A3.5): 3.0 mm increment thickness → 40 seconds exposure time

Storage Conditions: Store at temperatures of 2 - 25°C (36 - 77°F); protect from direct sunlight

Clinical Application Steps

Prophy & Isolation: Clean the tooth surface with pumice and water to remove surface stains. Isolate the field using a rubber dam (preferred) or cotton rolls with an evacuator.

Shade Selection: Select the appropriate shade using VITAPAN shade criteria before isolating the tooth to prevent dehydration color shifts.

Cavity Preparation: Prepare the cavity following standard protocols. For deep cavities, protect the pulp using a minimal amount of calcium hydroxide base (e.g., glass ionomer) near the dentin/pulp interface prior to etching.

Adhesive System: Apply your preferred dental adhesive system following the manufacturer's specific instructions.

Dispensing & Placement: Turn the syringe handle slowly in a clockwise direction to dispense the necessary amount of composite onto a mixing pad. Place into the cavity incrementally.

Light Curing: Expose each restorative increment (up to 3.0 mm for shades A1–A3.5) to the high-intensity light source for 40 seconds, holding the light tip as close to the resin as possible.

Finishing & Polishing: Contour and polish using a professional finishing and polishing system.

Safety Precautions & Contraindications

Contraindications: Do not use on patients with known hypersensitivity to acrylic monomers.

Chemical Interactions: Phenolics and other substances containing eugenol (such as zinc oxide eugenol temporary cements) can inhibit the polymerization/curing process and must not be stored or used in proximity.

Handling Warning: Avoid contact with skin, mucous membranes, and eyes. If accidental contact occurs, rinse thoroughly with copious amounts of water and seek medical attention if irritation persists.

Professional Use Only: Restricted to qualified dental professionals.
