Step-by-Step Clinical Application Protocol

Restoration Preparation: Clean and prepare the inner surface of the indirect restoration according to the restorative material manufacturer's guidelines.

Dispensing: Attach an auto-mixing tip to the NanoCem Ultimate 6g syringe. Dispense the mixed cement directly into the restoration.

Seating: Place the restoration onto the prepared tooth structure, pressing down lightly to seat it fully.

Excess Clean-Up: Carefully remove excess cement remnants during the initial gel phase.

Light Curing: Light-cure all margins and sides for 20 seconds.

Self-Cure Phase: Allow the material to complete its chemical self-cure cycle (wait 5 minutes from placement).

Finishing & Polishing: Contour margins, check occlusion, and final polish.
